Application process

When to apply:

• All application materials must be submitted and delivered to the Program by August 31^st for an anticipated start in July of the following year.

• Once applications have been received and reviewed the Program will contact applicants directly regarding arrangements for an interview.  Interviews will be held in September of the year the application is made.

What to send:

Please send the following documentation:

• A completed application form (you may download this below or we can mail it on request)
• Your updated curriculum vitae
• Transcripts of your university education
• Three (3) reference letters which should be sent directly under separate cover.  One of these should be from your current program director.

Interviews:

Interviews will be arranged for short listed candidates once all applications have been reviewed.  An interview panel made up of members of the Residency Training Committee will meet each candidate.  Candidates will also be offered a tour of our centre.
